Within ASOJE, entrepreneurship is intertwined with passionate service to the community, forming an inseparable bond. ASOJE is a non-profit social organization, a refuge for youth in vulnerability, displacement and rural and urban realities, where each story is a testimony of resilience and determination.
In the midst of challenges, we trace routes of hope. From land concentration to lack of opportunities, we face obstacles with courage. Shared training, along with active participation in tasks and responsibilities, are the tools that forge authentic and visionary leaders.
The essence of ASOJE lies in the creation of initiatives driven by love for the community. We empower our young people to become catalysts for change, providing valuable service through projects that are rooted in local needs. Thus, with each step forward, we are weaving a fabric of transformation, where entrepreneurship and community service merge into a lasting legacy.

HOW DO WE DO IT?
We execute a methodological approach that enhances vital skills such as confidence and teamwork. These competencies foster appropriate attitudes and group solutions in specific contexts. Recognizing the systemic distrust between communities, institutions and youth as a deep-rooted problem, we seek to counteract it. Our goal is to reduce inequality and promote greater youth participation in rural areas, thus generating significant change in the territories.

Every initiative we undertake in our organization is imbued with a differential approach, highlighting the importance of population groups such as children and adolescents, youth, victims, women and people in situations of forced displacement. This approach is our commitment to equal rights and the valuing of diversity. To achieve this, we apply participatory and experience-based methodologies, adapted to the particularities that define each group.
